Supervisor ary: 1300 QAR per month. We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha. This is a great opportunity for someone with minimal work experience who is passionate about providing excellent service to our customers. We welcome immigrants to apply for this role.

• Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments in the organization
• Monitor customer service standards and provide feedback accordingly
• Oversee the hiring process and evaluate new hires’ performance
• Develop action plans for resolving issues within the organization
  
  Prepare reports on operational activities on a regular basis

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader for at least 2 years (minimal work experience is accepted)
• Excellent communication skills and problem–solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Fluency in English language (Arabic is a plus)
