Position Summary

Position DetailsPosition: Supervisor
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: QAR 900 per month
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate work activities
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
- Delegate tasks to appropriate personnel
- Identify opportunities for improvement in operational practices
- Maintain inventory records
- Resolve conflicts between personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
