Job Overview

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1700 per month.

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Oversee a team of staff members, balancing workloads and ensuring they have the resources needed to carry out tasks correctly.
• Oversee staff training and development activities, maintaining accurate records of training progress.
• Monitor performance against targets and provide regular feedback to maintain high productivity levels.

• At least five years’ experience in a supervisory role in a similar environment.
• Excellent people management skills and ability to motivate staff while leading by example.
• Excellent communication skills and sound knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practice in customer service.
• Computer literacy and ability to use various software packages to manage operations effectively.
