We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha. This role will involve overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our business and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to lead a team and must be able to think on their feet and make quick decisions under pressure.

• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the business, including assigning tasks to staff and monitoring progress
• Motivate staff, support career development, and ensure that goals are met
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality control
• Lead regular meetings with staff to discuss progress, problems, and solutions
• Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Provide reports on operational performance regularly to management
• Monitor customer feedback and take action when needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a professional environment
• Excellent leadership skills with strong ability to motivate staff
• Excellent problem solving skills with ability to take decisive action when needed
• Knowledgeable about safety standards in the workplace

This position offers an attractive salary of 1100 per month (negotiable depending on experience). We are also willing to consider foreigners for this job.
