We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. This is an English-speaking job with a salary of $1400 per month.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve company goals.
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to increase revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Train, mentor and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance and operations to achieve overall company objectives.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team towards success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
- Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving targets.
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis and customer needs.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Must have a valid work visa for Qatar.
We offer a competitive salary package of $1400 per month plus bonuses based on performance. This is a contract job without accommodation provided.
