An established and growing Fine Dining Restaurant Group in Qatar is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead the organization’s next phase of growth and transformation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all business operations across multiple restaurant brands, driving profitability, strengthening operational excellence, building a high-performance leadership team, and executing expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall business performance of the restaurant group and ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales, market share, and brand positioning.
  • Drive expansion initiatives, including new restaurant openings, market development, and franchise opportunities.
  • Build and strengthen organizational structures, reporting systems, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to improve profitability.
  • Lead senior management teams and ensure alignment across all business units.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across operations, finance, customer experience, and human resources.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, food safety requirements, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with ownership and executive stakeholders to support long-term business objectives.
  • Lead franchise development initiatives, including operational standards, systems, and scalability planning.
  • Drive customer experience strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and brand reputation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience within hospitality, restaurant groups, or food and beverage operations.
  • Proven GCC experience is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple restaurant outlets and large teams.
  • Previous experience in restaurant launches, business expansion, and growth projects.
  • Strong commercial, financial, and operational management capabilities.
  • Experience in organizational restructuring and performance improvement programs.
  • Experience in franchise development is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
