Role DescriptionGym Nation is seeking a full‑time General Manager for its first QATAR location. As a General Manager, you will oversee sales, daily operations, lead and inspire your team, and ensure an exceptional member experience. Responsibilities include managing budgets, driving membership growth, implementing marketing strategies, maintaining health and safety standards, and optimizing operational efficiency. You will collaborate with teams, monitor KPIs, and engage with members to foster a positive and inclusive gym environment.
Qualifications- Strong understanding of the sales process and should be able to clearly articulate how and when they have implemented the sales process and built a high performing sales team.
- Leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Experience in operations management, budget control, and process optimization.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, membership growth techniques, and sales management.
- Proficiency in managing health and safety protocols and ensuring compliance standards.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills to monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
- Prior experience in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
