Key Responsibilities
- Oil & Gas Commercial Growth & Sales Leadership – Actively hunt prospects and secure new high‑value B2B corporate accounts within Oil & Gas, energy, and petrochemical industries in Qatar. Design and execute localized sales strategies to achieve a minimum branch gross profit baseline of QAR 320,000 monthly. Structure competitive high‑margin quotations and lead major contract tender negotiations for regional freight forwarding, land transport, project cargo, and maritime logistics.
Build, mentor, and drive a target‑oriented commercial sales pipeline. - Operational Excellence, Compliance & Safety – Oversee and optimize day‑to‑day operations of the logistics desk, ensuring seamless coordination across pricing, customs clearance, and industrial fleet coordinators. Manage specialized logistics requirements for the energy sector, including Dangerous Goods handling, project cargo, and specialized transport coordination to key industrial zones (e.g., Ras Laffan, Mesaieed). Ensure team alignment with SOPs, industrial gate pass procurement protocols, and stringent safety compliance standards demanded by Oil & Gas clients.
Collaborate closely with Finance and Administrative departments to maintain strict credit terms, timely contract billing, and optimal capital management. Ensure full compliance with Qatar Customs regulations, port authorities, and regional freight standards.
Minimum 10–15 years of proven experience in freight forwarding, shipping lines, or supply chain logistics, with at least 5+ years in a senior commercial leadership role and a verifiable track record in the Qatar/GCC Oil & Gas logistics sector.

Operational BackboneDeep technical understanding of local customs procedures, specialized energy sector documentation/exemptions, pricing matrix structures, and industrial fleet management.
Leadership & StrategyExperience structuring team workflows, setting clear operational targets, and delivering macro‑level corporate expansion strategies.
EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (Masters/MIB preferred).
Locational ReadinessMust currently reside in Qatar, possess a valid Qatar Driver’s License, and hold a transferable working visa with NOC.
