Job Summary
RKH Qitarat is currently seeking a Service Delivery Director to join our team and drive service excellence across the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks. The role is responsible for the overall operation, passenger experience and operational performance of both networks, ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability and customer service.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic and management plans aligned with operational and customer experience.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with Qatar Rail and other stakeholders.
- Lead performance management initiatives.
- Oversee incident response and communication processes.
- Promote a strong safety culture.
- Ensure robust data collection and analysis to drive operational excellence and maximize passenger satisfaction.
- At least 15 years of experience in public transport operation.
- Including at least 10 years in an executive position.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams effectively.
- Strong people facing and communication skills.
