RKH Qitarat is currently seeking a Service Delivery Director to join our team and drive service excellence across the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks. You will be responsible for the overall operation, passenger experience, and operational performance of both networks, ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in public transport operations, including 10 years in an executive role, with proven leadership in managing teams effectively.
