Job Description

The Club Manager will lead and oversee all operations within the spa and wellness department, ensuring the highest level of service and client satisfaction. This role is responsible for strategic planning, recruitment, team management, and the overall success of the spa and wellness offerings. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for wellness, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and client-focused service delivery.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, revenue targets, and profitability for the spa and wellness department.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent to create a cohesive and high-performing team.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure team alignment with company objectives.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional growth and motivation.
  • Develop and maintain service protocols to ensure a consistent, exceptional client experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to introduce new and relevant offerings.
  • Address client feedback and concerns promptly, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to establish short- and long-term goals for the spa and wellness division.
  • Drive marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract and retain clients.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide regular updates and recommendations to the CEO.
Experience and Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in spa and wellness management, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in team recruitment, development, and performance management.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for wellness and a client-centric approach to service delivery.
