Project Manager - Qatarization

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly capable PMO Manager to join our Transformation Office, driving the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring transformation programs are well-governed, aligned with national priorities, and delivered with excellence.

• Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) within the Transformation Office
• Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of transformation programs and strategic initiatives
• Monitor performance, budgets, timelines, risks, and KPIs across the portfolio
• Provide consolidated reporting to executive leadership and key stakeholders
• Manage resource planning and prioritization across projects
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery tools, systems, and methodologies
• Support and guide project managers to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in a PMO or Transformation Office role
• Strong knowledge of PMO governance, portfolio management, and delivery frameworks
• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience in large-scale transformation
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
