The Manager – Distribution Channels position at Ooredoo Qatar is a mid‑to‑senior management role within the Consumer business. The role generally focuses on maximizing sales performance through Ooredoo's indirect and retail distribution network.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute distribution channel strategies.
- Manage retail stores, dealers, distributors, and partner networks.
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Monitor channel performance using KPIs and sales analytics.
- Expand and optimize the distribution footprint across Qatar.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams on product launches and promotions.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and channel profitability.
- Lead, coach, and develop channel managers and sales teams.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and compliance with company policies.
