Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic facility plans aligned with organizational goals ensuring optimal resource allocation and long-term operational efficiency.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety to guarantee a safe and functional environment.
- Manage vendor contracts and service providers negotiating terms and monitoring performance to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and enforce health safety and environmental HSE policies and procedures conducting regular audits and risk assessments to maintain compliance.
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in facility operations and management, preferably within a corporate or maintenance. Proven track record of managing complex building systems and large-scale maintenance programs.
