Elv Project Manager

Job Summary:

CESCO is seeking an experienced strong ELV PROJECT MANAGER to lead the execution and delivery of large‑scale Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality and infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, budget control and client satisfaction while leading multidisciplinary project teams.

• Lead the planning, execution and successful delivery of major MEP projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and ELV works.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations and international standards.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and quality management procedures.
• Support commercial activities including variation orders, claims, cost control and risk management.
• Mentor and develop project engineers and site teams.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 12–15+ years of experience in MEP construction projects, with at least 5 years in a Project Management role.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale MEP projects from initiation through handover.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, ELV, and Building Services.
• Excellent leadership, client management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and contract administration knowledge.
• Proficiency in MSProject, PrimaveraP6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in the GCC, preferably Qatar.
• Knowledge of international engineering standards and local authority requirements.
