Project Manager; Digital Transformation and Strategy

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Project Manager Digital Transformation and Strategy for our Qatar operations with the following terms and conditions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Finance or a related field.
• Master's degree in Management or a related discipline is a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing medium to large-scale projects, particularly within the banking industry.
• Demonstrated ability in leading strategic and operational project planning and execution.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Knowledge of up-to-date project management techniques and industry best practices.

• Implement a bank-wide project management philosophy by ensuring consistent use of tools, processes, and methodologies across all functions.
• Define clear project objectives, monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues while ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee budgets, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Integrate industry best practices, work with the Change Management team to address potential challenges, and identify opportunities for process improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
