Service Leader-Slickline

Under broad direction, the individual supervises the day‑to‑day activities of Slickline service personnel and shop personnel to meet customer requirements.

• Supervises day‑to‑day activities of Slickline service personnel and shop personnel to meet customer requirements.
• Involved in hiring crews and disciplinary action of those crews.
• Focuses on personnel development of crews through mentoring and on‑the‑job training.
• Ensures service delivery excellence and customer satisfaction through process adherence.
• Mentors and assesses competence of Slickline Service Supervisors, Service Operators, and Operator Assistants.
• Provides guidance on specific job designs based on downhole conditions as part of the Design of Service process.
• Interacts with the customer and associates representatives at the well site to seek feedback about the crew and troubleshoot any execution issues that may occur.
• Ensures all activities are performed in a manner that complies with HMS processes and regulatory requirements and invokes the Management of Change process if a deviation is required from the process.
• May perform additional duties such as gathering job performance data, customer feedback, and job packet processing.

• High school or secondary education required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Service Supervisor.
• Skills in Slickline service required.
• A high school diploma is required with 3 years of experience as a Service Supervisor.
