The Project Manager is responsible for leading the full Headquarters Relocation project lifecycle including planning, execution, documentation, governance, stakeholder coordination, reporting, risk management, compliance, and close‑out. The role ensures that timelines, budgets, quality, safety, operational needs, and business continuity requirements are met while coordinating with internal teams, external stakeholders, contractors, vendors, landlords, and senior management.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute and document the movement of the headquarters.
- Govern project processes and coordinate stakeholders.
- Report on progress, manage risks, and maintain compliance.
- Manage project controls, mitigation plans, and corrective actions.
- Oversee documentation and reporting requirements.
- Escalate critical issues and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or an equivalent qualification are mandatory.
Minimum of 10+ years of relevant project management experience with demonstrated leadership in complex, large‑scale projects. Proven experience in delivering major capital projects, including office buildings, corporate headquarters, and commercial developments in Qatar. Extensive experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder environments, preferably on projects exceeding 25,000 sqm in scale and with high operational impact. Strong expertise across the full project lifecycle, including design management, construction management, procurement, contract administration, commercial management, and senior stakeholder engagement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in project management tools and systems. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities. Solid understanding of project governance, controls, and commercial management. Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments with high attention to detail.
