Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Lead cross‑functional teams by facilitating collaboration and ensuring accountability for project tasks and milestones.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
9+ years of hands‑on experience in managing complex projects within the relevant industry.
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a strong advantage for adaptive project management.
