Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, and Statistics.
Knowledge and Experience- 8 years of experience in a business related function or discipline, including 4 years in the Oil and Gas industry.
- 1 year experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractors/subcontractors/service/vendor personnel.
- Proven track record in successful amicable resolution of contractual disputes.
- Experience in formal dispute resolution process such as mediation, binding arbitration, litigation.
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern legal statutes and civil codes preferred.
