Project Performance & Reporting Manager – EPC Projects

UCC is seeking an experienced Project Controls Reporting Manager to lead progress measurement, performance reporting, and project analytics across major Oil & Gas, LNG, Pipeline, Petrochemical, and Power EPC projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing reporting standards, monitoring project performance, validating progress data, and delivering executive-level dashboards that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project progress measurement and reporting governance across multiple EPC projects.
- Develop and maintain reporting procedures, KPI dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Validate contractor progress reports and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Monitor schedule performance (SPI), cost performance (CPI), earned value, risks, and forecasts.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and executive-level performance reports.
- Coordinate closely with Planning, Cost Control, Engineering, and Construction teams.
- Ensure alignment between schedule progress, cost performance, and project forecasting.
- Lead progress review meetings with project teams and contractors.
- Manage and mentor Reporting Engineers and Project Controls personnel.
- Present project performance updates to senior management and clients.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- PMP, PMI-SP, PSP, EVP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 12–15 years of Project Controls experience within EPC environments.
- Minimum 5 years in Reporting, Performance Management, or Project Controls leadership roles.
- Strong experience on Oil & Gas, LNG, Pipeline, Petrochemical, or Power projects.
- Multi-project EPC reporting experience is highly desirable.
