Qatar Energy is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Controls Leader to head the Project Services team, delivering cost management, budgeting, scheduling, contracts administration, and document control for key FEED/EPIC stages.
The role requires extensive Oil & Gas project experience, mastery of Primavera P6 and SAP, strong leadership, and a track record in major project execution across engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and start-up in a complex environment.
