Project Manager; CRND

Key Responsibilities

• Hold overall accountability for planning execution and delivery of the project within the agreed scope schedule cost quality and HSE requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Contractor Qatar Energy and other project stakeholders
• Lead and direct the site-based multi-disciplinary project team ensuring adequate resourcing coordination and performance across all functions
• Monitor progress against the baseline schedule and budget initiate and drive corrective recovery actions where required
• Ensure full compliance with contract terms Qatar Energy specifications and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
• Chair progress coordination and interface meetings report project status risks and issues to senior management and the client
• Manage the project risk register variation change orders and any claims
• Enforce HSE and QA QC standards and culture across the entire project site

• Engineering Degree (Chemical / Electrical / Process Safety / Instrumentation or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 years Oil & Gas experience executing similar projects as Project Manager
• Experience in EPIC / major Oil & Gas projects preferred
• Must be on contractor s permanent payroll for minimum 3 years
• Must be available to work at site for the full project duration
