Merge Recruitment Agency in Doha seeks an experienced Workshop Supervisor for an automotive aftersales operation. You will manage workshop staff, oversee diagnostics, ensure quality before delivery, and maintain a well-run workshop with timely maintenance and housekeeping.
Requirements include an engineering bachelor’s (automotive/mechanical), five+ years supervisory experience at an automobile dealer, and proficiency with Kerridge;
English fluency is essential, Arabic a plus.
