This senior leadership position serves as the primary strategic partner to the Managing Director of Qatar. You will oversee the local profit and loss, manage high-impact business initiatives, and guide the performance of the Qatar market.

• Manage the full Qatar profit and loss statement, covering budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance reviews.
• Collaborate with regional teams to establish annual budgets and Best Estimate cycles.
• Act as the primary deputy for the Managing Director in internal meetings, board reviews, and regional stakeholder presentations.
• Align functional department heads to ensure operational priorities are met.
• Analyze performance metrics across Food, Local Shops, and tmarts to identify growth and profitability levers.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic special projects and new product launches.
• Direct local AI and automation initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on business performance.
• Expertise in financial modeling and profit and loss management.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive organizational alignment.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic projects and market turnaround initiatives.
• Ability to provide data-driven insights for executive decision-making.

• Experience with SQL, Big Query, Looker, and Tableau.
