Job Overview

A leading organization is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environmental operations across a large-scale facilities management contract. The successful candidate will oversee HSE compliance, develop safety strategies, manage audits and investigations, and ensure adherence to local regulations and international standards.

• Develop and implement the project's HSE Management System.
• Ensure compliance with company, client and statutory HSE requirements.
• Lead risk assessments and hazard identification activities.
• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage emergency preparedness and response plans.
• Oversee contractor HSE compliance.
• Lead internal and external HSE audits.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare monthly HSE reports.
• Deliver HSE training and awareness programmes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the project.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management or related discipline.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (Mandatory).
• ISO 45001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor.
• ISO 14001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor.
• Training in:

  • Fire Safety
  • Permit to Work Systems

• Minimum 8 years' relevant HSE experience.
• Minimum 3 years in an HSE Manager or Supervisory position.
• Experience with in one or more of the following:

  • Food Storage
  • Port Operations
  • High-risk operational environments
