We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Doha. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2 years of experience in a supervisory role to join our dynamic organization and help lead us to success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and managing staff. The Supervisor will ensure that the work is completed efficiently and on schedule.

• Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities of the organization or department
• Supervise staff by delegating tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance
• Monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
• Implement strategies and procedures to improve productivity and quality of services provided
• Analyze data to evaluate operational effectiveness and identify areas of improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field preferred but not required
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
