We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising our staff, in addition to ensuring that the day-to-day operations of our business are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision. The successful individual will also be organized and detail oriented, with an understanding of customer service principles. Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not required.

• Manage daily operations and ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Motivate staff to meet deadlines and ensure high performance standards
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues that arise promptly and professionally
• Monitor sales performance and identify areas of improvement or expansion opportunities
• Maintain records of staff attendance, activities, sales targets etc.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment
