We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to‑day operations of the business and ensuring that all operations are running smoothly. Job Description:- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the business.
- Manage staff and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Ensure that customer service levels remain high at all times.
- Maintain records and ensure accuracy of data.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills with an ability to think outside the box.
