The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar. This role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, storage organization, and proper handling of items related to relocations and furniture installations. The Store Manager ensures accurate receiving and dispatching of goods, maintains stock records, coordinates with operations and logistics teams, and monitors store security and cleanliness.

Day-to-day activities include supervising store staff, setting work schedules, implementing loss prevention measures, and resolving issues related to customer orders and storage services. The role also involves maintaining high standards of customer service, supporting quality assurance processes, and contributing to continuous improvement in store procedures.

• Strong Store Management experience, including inventory control, stock organization, and team supervision.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support a service-oriented environment.
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers, and for clear reporting and documentation.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including safeguarding stock, monitoring store security, and implementing control procedures.
• Experience in relocation, logistics, warehousing, or storage operations is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, and manage a physically active role that may involve handling goods.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
