As Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business. This includes coordinating staff activities, monitoring progress on projects, ensuring quality standards are met, providing guidance to staff members and managing customer relations. You will also be required to provide feedback on performance to management.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role as well as excellent communication skills. You must also demonstrate a strong sense of leadership and have knowledge of applicable regulations and standards. A degree or certification in Business Management is preferred but not required.
