Lead overall business strategy operations and profitability Oversee marble stone sourcing factory production fabrication quality and logistics Drive sales and develop relationships with clients Manage supply-and-installation projects for villas towers hotels and commercial developments Manage P L budgets pricing cost control and business growth Lead sales production procurement logistics and installation teams Ensure quality safety and regulatory compliance
- 10–15+ years of progressive management experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership/GM role within marble, natural stone, granite, or building materials.
- Strong experience in factory/production + commercial/sales management.
- Qatar/GCC construction market experience strongly preferred.
- Proven P&L, business development, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of marble/stone cutting, polishing, fabrication, and installation.
- Fluent English;
Arabic is an advantage. - Qatar driving license preferred.
