Supervisor vacancy

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the team. The Supervisor will monitor and evaluate employees' performance while motivating them to reach their goals. He/She will need to ensure that the teams are working efficiently, providing leadership and support as needed.

• Monitor daily operations of the team.
• Evaluate employee performance on a regular basis.
• Provide guidance and direction to the team members.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Identify areas of improvement and provide solutions.
• Create reports on team performance.
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work accordingly.
