Executive Manager - Product Development & Sales - Asset management Firm

Our client, a leading local asset management firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Manager - Product Development & Sales to lead the development and commercialization of investment products across public and private markets. The role combines buy-side investment / product development expertise with fundraising, client relationship management and leadership of a small sales team.

• Lead the development and management of investment products across public and private markets.
• Drive fundraising and asset growth through institutional and HNW client relationships.
• Present investment products and strategies to prospective investors.
• Identify new product opportunities based on market trends and investor demand.
• Manage and develop a small sales team, setting targets and supporting performance.
• Work closely with investment, legal, compliance and operations teams to launch new products.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• 5-12+ years' experience within a buy-side asset management firm/ private equity/ private markets firm
• Strong experience in private markets (Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate or other alternatives).
• Experience as a Product Development Manager/ Fund Manager, Investment Manager, Product Manager or similar.
• Proven client-facing experience with fundraising or investment sales.
• Experience managing investment products from development through launch.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
• CFA or CAIA is an advantage.
