Gulf Helicopters Company (GHC), a leading aviation services provider in the region, is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Shared Services to lead and oversee the organization’s critical support functions including Human Resources, Information Technology, Training, Facility Management, and Corporate Strategy Planning.

This executive leadership role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, workforce capability development, digital transformation, business continuity, and strategic alignment across all shared service functions.

Lead the Shared Services function by defining and implementing integrated administrative, technical, and people-oriented service frameworks spanning Human Resources, Information Technology, Facility Management, Corporate Strategy Planning, and Training. The position ensures seamless internal operations, workforce development, infrastructure readiness, business continuity, and digital transformation initiatives that support GHC's strategic objectives.

• Develop and implement Shared Services strategies aligned with GHC's vision, mission, and corporate objectives.
• Provide strategic advice and subject matter expertise to Executive Management on all Shared Services matters.
• Establish departmental goals, KPIs, governance frameworks, and performance monitoring systems.
• Lead organizational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and organizational development initiatives.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and talent development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, HR policies, and organizational development objectives.
• Support nationalization initiatives, career development programs, and workforce capability enhancement.
• Lead IT operations, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and business applications.
• Champion digital transformation initiatives and technology modernization programs.
• Ensure system availability, information security, and effective business continuity planning.
• Drive innovation through technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

• Ensure efficient management and maintenance of all company facilities and infrastructure.
• Oversee facility readiness, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and support services.
• Manage maintenance programs, asset preservation, and workplace safety initiatives.
• Support operational resilience through effective facility planning and resource coordination.

• Govern technical and non-technical training functions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Oversee training records, audit readiness, certification requirements, and employee qualification tracking.
• Support workforce development through structured learning and career progression programs.
• Lead strategic planning activities and organizational performance management.
• Oversee Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks and business continuity initiatives.
• Establish corporate KPIs, reporting standards, and data governance practices.
• Drive strategic initiatives that support business growth, operational excellence, and organizational sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulatory requirements, QCAA standards, IT policies, facility regulations, and training requirements.
• Lead risk management, audit readiness, and governance initiatives across Shared Services functions.
• Promote a strong HSSEQ culture and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Develop and manage Shared Services budgets and financial plans.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Approve resource allocation, vendor contracts, and key service agreements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is preferred.
