Area Manager & Deputy Compliance Officer

About the Position b Job Purpose The Area Manager amp Deputy Compliance Officer is responsible for driving the commercial performance and operational excellence of multiple stores while ensuring compliance with company policies regulatory requirements and internal governance standards The role combines leadership of retail operations with oversight of compliance risk management audits and policy implementation to safeguard the company s reputation assets and business objectives

• Retail Operations amp Sales Manage the overall performance of assigned stores and ensure achievement of sales and productivity targets Monitor daily store operations customer service standards visual merchandising inventory levels and operational efficiency Review sales reports and key performance indicators KPIs and implement action plans to improve business performance Ensure effective stock management inventory accuracy and loss prevention Support new store openings promotional activities and product launches Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistent implementation of company standards
• Leadership amp People Management Lead coach and develop Store Managers and retail teams to achieve business objectives Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback Identify training and development needs and support succession planning Ensure adequate staffing levels and effective workforce utilization
• Compliance amp Governance Assist in implementing and monitoring the Company s compliance framework across all assigned stores Ensure compliance with company policies SOPs Qatar Labor Law health amp safety requirements and applicable regulatory standards Conduct periodic compliance inspections and operational audits Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions Monitor implementation of audit findings and ensure timely closure of corrective actions Maintain accurate compliance records reports and supporting documentation
• Risk Management amp Investigations Support investigations relating to policy violations operational irregularities inventory discrepancies fraud or ethical concerns Promote a culture of integrity accountability and ethical business practices Assist in identifying operational risks and implementing mitigation measures
• Customer Experience Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service across all stores Resolve escalated customer complaints professionally and promptly Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives

• Experience Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration Retail Management or a related discipline 7 10 years of experience in luxury retail perfumes cosmetics retail Minimum 3 years in a multi-store management role Experience in compliance internal audit governance or operational controls is preferred Strong knowledge of retail operations and applicable Qatar labor and commercial regulations

• The position is authorized to Monitor operational and compliance standards across assigned stores Recommend corrective actions to improve business and compliance performance Escalate significant operational or compliance risks to senior management Coordinate with HR Finance Internal Audit Legal and Store Management to ensure effective implementation of company policies and operational excellence Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related discipline.
  7 10 years of experience in luxury retail, perfumes, cosmetics retail.
  
  Minimum 3 years in a multi-store management role.
  
  Experience in compliance, internal audit, governance, or operational controls is preferred.
  
  Strong knowledge of retail operations and applicable Qatar labor and commercial regulations.
