Site Manager

What will you do?

• Oversee construction sites end-to-end, managing schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Lead site teams and supervise daily activities, ensuring full compliance with safety, quality, and technical requirements
• Proactively identify and manage risks while coordinating seamlessly across departments and stakeholders
• Deliver regular project updates and reports to Project Managers, keeping leadership informed of progress and challenges

• Standardization — expert level; implementing consistent processes and standards across all site operations
• Safety Standards — advanced level; enforcing compliance and creating a culture of safety on every site
• Risk Management — advanced level; identifying potential issues early and developing mitigation strategies
• Resource Management — advanced level; optimizing equipment, materials, and personnel to meet project demands
• Project Planning — intermediate level; organizing schedules and workflows to keep projects on track
• Product Application — intermediate level; applying technical knowledge to ensure proper installation and execution
• Communication — developing level; coordinating effectively with teams, stakeholders, and leadership
• Problem Solving — developing level; addressing site challenges with practical, timely solutions

• Strong leadership abilities with experience coaching teams and driving accountability on site
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a detail
