Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF
Work Schedule: 6 Days per Week

We Are Hiring:Head of Contracts
We are seeking an experienced Head of Contracts to lead contract management activities for large-scale EPC projects within the Oil & Gas industry. This role is responsible for post-award contract administration, claims management, commercial risk mitigation, change order management, and leading a team of contract professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all post-award contract management activities through project closeout.
- Manage contractor claims, disputes, variations, and change orders while protecting company interests.
- Develop and implement contract management strategies aligned with project objectives.
- Provide commercial and contractual guidance to project management teams.
- Support claims prevention, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation activities.
- Coordinate contractual communications and responses with EPC contractors.
- Work closely with Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk Management, and Project teams.
- Lead contract closeout processes in accordance with company procedures.
- Mentor and develop contract professionals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support digital transformation and process improvement initiatives within project execution teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing contracts on large-scale EPC projects within Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, or Energy sectors.
- Proven experience in post-award contract administration for lump-sum EPC contracts.
- Strong background managing contractor claims, variations, and contract changes.
- Experience handling Extension of Time (EOT) and delay claims.
- Experience with commercial correspondence, contract drafting, and negotiations.
