We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote properties, strengthen brand presence, and support overall business growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of real estate trends, and the ability to manage both digital and offline marketing campaigns.

• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote residential and commercial properties.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and property listings.
• Coordinate property photoshoots, videos, virtual tours, and promotional materials.
• Manage social media accounts and run targeted advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support sales activities.
• Plan and execute events such as open houses, launches, and community activities.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
• Take photos and videos of the property.

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within real estate or property development.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools.
• Knowledge of the Qatar real estate market is an advantage.
