JOB PURPOSE
The Assistant Marketing Manager supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across Almana Group. The role is responsible for managing content creation, finalizing visuals, coordinating with influencers, and ensuring effective use of marketing budgets. The position works closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen the Group’s brand presence and drive business objectives.
KEY RESULTS AREAS / DELIVERABLES AND KEY ACTIVITIES1. MARKETING CAMPAIGN EXECUTION
Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and offline channels.
- Coordinate campaign timelines with internal stakeholders and agencies.
- Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis reports.
- Support product launches and promotions through integrated campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide feedback to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Oversee content creation and finalization of visuals for all marketing activities.
- Review and approve creative briefs, copywriting, and artwork.
- Collaborate with design teams and agencies to finalize visuals.
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand identity and quality standards.
- Coordinate content production for websites, social media, and events.
- Support the development of multimedia content such as videos, reels, and presentations.
- Monitor consistency and messaging across all platforms.
Set, monitor, and follow up on monthly marketing budgets.
- Work with the Group Marketing Manager to prepare annual marketing budgets.
- Track and control expenses against approved budgets.
- Prepare monthly reports on budget utilization and cost efficiency.
- Liaise with finance for timely processing of payments and reconciliations.
- Ensure all activities remain cost-effective without compromising quality.
- Provide recommendations to optimize resource allocation.
Manage relationships with influencers and external marketing partners.
- Identify and onboard suitable influencers for campaigns.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, contracts, and deliverables.
- Monitor influencer performance and campaign outcomes.
- Ensure influencers represent Almana Group’s values and brand image.
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Support PR initiatives and sponsor ships as required.
Ensure smooth coordination of marketing operations and timely reporting.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, engagement, and ROI.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Coordinate marketing activities across Almana Group’s various business units.
- Support event planning, activations, and trade shows.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the Group’s marketing calendar.
- Contribute to process improvements within the marketing function.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Digital Marketing or related areas is an advantage.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a group or multi-brand environment.
- Proven experience in campaign execution, influencer management, and budget oversight.
- Background in content development and visual approvals required.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and campaign management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in both English AND Arabic
