Keeta, an independent brand of Meituan, is redefining food delivery across Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and the Middle East. As we continue to scale rapidly in Qatar, building a strong campaign operations engine is critical to driving user growth and delivering a seamless customer experience.
We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to lead always‑on and mega‑sale campaign operations, driving order growth through strategic planning, cross‑functional collaboration, and data‑driven optimization.
What You'll Do- Lead the planning and operation of in‑app promotion campaigns, including campaign planning, subsidy & incentive design, campaign page setup, and resource‑based user reach, etc.; drive order growth and improve GMV.
- Design and execute targeted in‑app promotion campaigns to acquire/retain new users and improve conversion; collaborate with Commercial/Merchant teams on merchant‑funded promotions.
- Own the subsidy allocation strategy: design, execute, and continuously optimize how platform‑funded and merchant‑funded budgets are distributed across promotional tools (e.g., item discounts, delivery fee subsidies, vouchers) to drive order growth and GMV.
- Drive in‑app promotion execution for mega‑sales and seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, Eid, Qatar National Day); co‑design local subsidy allocation strategy and resource plans to hit peak order targets through in‑app channels.
- Track campaign performance with strong analytical rigor; run timely iterations and post‑campaign reviews to ensure targets are met. Utilize AI‑assisted analytics tools to improve anomaly detection speed and automate routine performance reporting.
- Work efficiently across functions (Marketing, Commercial/Merchants, Product) and be accountable for in‑app campaign results.
- Bachelor's degree or above; 5–7+ years of experience in Marketing Campaigns / Growth Marketing / Trade Marketing / E‑commerce Operations or related roles, with at least 3‑4 years focused on in‑app promotion campaign execution.
- Strong familiarity with the Qatar market and the ability to work effectively with local merchants and partners.
- Proven experience designing and executing in‑app promotion campaigns (campaign planning, subsidy & incentive design, campaign page setup, and resource‑based user reach) to drive user acquisition, conversion, and order growth.
- Strong logical thinking and data capabilities; able to define metrics, monitor performance, and drive decisions through data – SQL is a plus.
- Curious about AI technology, able to proactively explore new tools and promote team adoption.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
