Job Description

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, such as pastry, grill, or sauces. You will be in charge of preparing and cooking dishes, training junior staff, and ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained at all times.

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and standard recipes
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
• Ensure that food safety regulations are followed at all times
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies
• Assist the Head Chef in creating new dishes and menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned section of the kitchen

• Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
• In‑depth knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating high‑quality dishes
• Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience
