Waitress

Job Summary

The Waitress is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner. She ensures customer satisfaction by taking accurate orders, serving food and drinks promptly, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

• Greet guests warmly and present menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen / bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Set up and clear tables before, during, and after service.
• Handle bills, process payments, and issue receipts when required.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Comply with company policies and customer service standards.

• Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
