Qatar Duty Free is looking for a hands‑on Food & Beverage Trainer. QDF, part of Qatar Airways group, operates more than 75 diverse dining options at the award‑winning Hamad International Airport including luxury fine‑dine/ full service/ quick service restaurants, cafes and food courts.

If you have front‑of‑house Food & Beverage Operations and Training background, you are passionate about learning and making a difference, then this might just be the opportunity you have been waiting for.

The Training Officer will be responsible for creating a learning culture, designing, delivering and evaluating Training programs for all Food and Beverage staff. The person will collaborate with Managers, Chefs and other stakeholders to assess Training needs, develop learning modules and ensure consistent implementation of service standards as per the Brand concept.

• Qualification:
  
  Bachelors degree in Hospitality, relevant certifications in training, food and beverage
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 5-7 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably with a training background in a multi‑cultural team.
