Bartender

Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

Reporting to the Venue Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service to all guests.
• Assist guests with beverage selections by providing detailed information on menu items specials and promotions.
• Prepare mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and recipes.
• Maintain proper stock levels and ensure inventory is managed as per hotel guidelines.
• Ensure the bar area is clean organized and well-presented at all times.
• Have full knowledge of all beverage lists menu items ingredients and preparation methods.
• Follow established service standards policies and procedures to maintain consistency and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety sanitation and hygiene procedures while handling food and beverages.
• Report any maintenance or stock issues to the Venue Manager promptly.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings as required.
• Support colleagues and maintain a positive team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Venue Manager or F&B leadership.
