Barback, Restaurant​/Food Service

The
Barback is an integral member of the Food & Beverage team, supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the bar. The Barback ensures that Bartenders have everything they need to deliver exceptional service to our guests — from restocking beverages and glassware to maintaining cleanliness and assisting with bar preparation.

• Maintain bar stock by replenishing ice, glassware, garnishes, mixers, and beverages.
• Support Bartenders in preparing the bar for service and during peak operation hours.
• Ensure all bar areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Assist with bar setup and closing duties.
• Occasionally help clear tables or deliver beverages as needed.
• Handle supplies and stock movement efficiently and safely.

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, ideally in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional appearance.
• High attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule — able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is an asset.
