Business Development Associate
At Codi Play, we’re not just selling a product — we’re bringing digital education into classrooms where it’s still new and unfamiliar. Our Qatar team is opening doors one school at a time.
This role is at the heart of that mission. You’ll be the one calling schools, meeting principals, lead teachers, and school managers, running workshops, and turning conversations into signed contracts. Once a school says yes, you’ll also make sure their first experience is smooth and confident.
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to hustle, learn fast, and thrive in the field. If you’re excited by the idea of building something from scratch — and you’re not afraid to pick up the phone or knock on a door — this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing1. Open New Doors and Build Relationships
Reach out to schools via phone, visits, and local networks to start new conversations.
Meet with school stakeholders — principals, lead teachers, and school managers — to pitch Codi Play’s solution.
Run on-site workshops where students experience our curriculum, helping school leaders see its real value.
2. Close Deals and Support First StepsMove leads through our structured sales process: meetings → workshops → proposals → contracts.
Finalize pricing and agreements, coordinate Codi Kit delivery, and support first-week onboarding.
Make sure schools feel confident as they start their first Codi Play classes.
3. Build the Market, Not Just the PipelineBe our eyes and ears on the ground — capturing school feedback, blockers, and opportunities.
Support customer success when needed, solving problems directly with schools to keep things moving.
Pitch in wherever it’s needed — even if it’s outside your “job description.” In a new market, we all do everything to make it work.
Share insights with the Country Manager and broader team to improve how we grow in Qatar.
