Chef​/Asst. Chef for Cafe

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Van Salesman to join our FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and selling products to customers, maintaining stock levels, and building strong relationships with retailers.

• Drive the company’s van to designated sales areas and deliver FMCG products to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by ensuring product availability and visibility.
• Promote and introduce new products to customers to maximize sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer payments.
• Collect payments from customers and ensure timely cash reconciliation.
• Ensure products are displayed properly and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) standards.
• Monitor competitor activity and report market trends to management.
• Ensure the van is well-maintained, clean, and stocked with necessary products.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years of van sales experience in the FMCG sector.
• A valid Qatar driver’s license for medium or heavy vehicles.
• Good knowledge of FMCG distribution and sales techniques.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
