Summary

As a Sales Executive for MINI at Alfardan Automobiles, you will be responsible for promoting and selling MINI vehicles to potential customers. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service and representing the brand professionally.

Job Responsibility
  • Actively promote and sell MINI vehicles to potential customers.
  • Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries to convert them into sales.
  • Provide accurate information about the vehicles, pricing, and promotions to customers.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of MINI vehicles.
  • Handle customer objections and negotiate sales contracts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer service oriented with a strong sales acumen.
  • Knowledge of MINI vehicles and the ability to explain their features and benefits.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and deliver results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
