POSITION PURPOSE
The B2B Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding the corporate and office client base for HTI Qatar’s coffee solutions. The role focuses on building strong business relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, coordinating machine placement and supply, and contributing to revenue growth through effective account management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESClient Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored coffee solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the corporate client portfolio.
- Promote HTI’s coffee machines, capsules, and related services to prospective clients.
- Support B2B sales campaigns and meet assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate coffee machine placement and installation with service teams.
- Monitor inventory of coffee capsules and ensure timely supply for clients.
- Follow up on service requests, maintenance, and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on client status, sales pipeline, and market feedback.
- Represent HTI Qatar professionally in all client interactions.
- Adhere to corporate standards and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B sales or corporate account management, preferably in coffee solutions, vending, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage and develop corporate and office clients.
- Ability to build, manage, and grow long‑term relationships with business clients.
- Highly organized with excellent time management, follow‑up, and reporting skills.
- Basic understanding of coffee machine placement, capsule supply, inventory control, and service coordination.
- Professional and presentable appearance suitable for corporate environments.
- Valid driving license and own car available for work‑related client visits.
- Fluent in Arabic;
English communication skills are an advantage.
